I have a background of data engineering for 2 years, data analysis and requirement gathering for 1.5 years, 9 months into Analytics consultant in an AI startup, and now having exp of 2.5 years into requirement gathering , Gen AI. My primary project here is a BAU and does not contain any scope for data analysis, GEN AI I am working out of my interest shown as something beyond my mundane project work . I tried a lot internally here to change to Gen AI and data analytics, no use. Should I switch ?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.
