Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

IS it a bump in pay? Pardon me if you know this already, but I certainly didn't the first time I did contract work. Your wages as a contractor (1099 tax status) will need to be significantly higher than as a W2 employee in order to achieve the same overall compensation/quality of life--because you will be responsible for paying for things that companies usually do for full-time employees in the US: Social Security contributions, health insurance, any time away (assuming you can get it ok'ed unpaid), etc. The sticker price can be misleading.
Only you can decide if the pay bump is worth the trade-off on stability.

Depends on your priorities and goals, personally I'd rather be locked in and know what's coming next
