I got offer on Citiustech Healthcare Technologies
May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? How about the retention pay? If we leave the company we need to pay entire retention pay?I have other wipro and CTS, which company is better to join?

I have a 6 figure student loan and make way less than you! I am not worried about that loan! I am doing my best to pay it back!!! Do your best and don’t worry!!! Look at it like it is a utility bill.
Same for me, and I agree with your perspective!
When I was 23, I had about $80K in student loans and was making $54K in a VHCOL city. I could only make minimum payments for 8 years and tripled that debt (two masters degrees including an MBA) at the age of 31, but I almost more than tripled that income coming out of the MBA program.
I made aggressive payments once my MBA was complete. I am now 39 and paid off all my loans the month before I turned 39, the month before I had my second child.
There is an end to your loan payments, but you have to look at it as just another bill until you get closer to being able to pay it off. You are making way more than most people your age. When you get lump sums like bonuses, use those to pay your loans. Prioritize these loans. You are in a position (assuming without children, etc) that you can pay your loans more quickly. But also, don’t let life pass you by.
I still took budget vacations to amazing places, got grants to go on all the cool b-school trips, and had a great life in my 20s and 30s. Even with loans.
You got this.💪
How much were the aggressive payments and at what salary were you making? Trying to do the same, myself, and it’s so daunting, particularly given the trajectory of the economy
I've saved 50k from ages 23 to 26. I currently make 140k, but I started out making only about 80k a year.
Save up your money and get ready to drop it on your loans. You can absolutely knock out 120k of student loans in 7-8 years.
I am 34 and am still paying them down and it doesn't feel like I have even put a dent in them. I was really hoping they would cancel student loans so I wouldn't have to worry about it but I dont' think that is going to happen unfortunately.
Start paying a lot more than your minimum payments now, you should be able to pay it off with WAY less interest that way
Send me a dm now, let’s work something out
How do you make that much as a csr at 23?!?
