Depends on what position you are offered, revealing a bit of the position would help us give you a better understanding
I agree with this. It definitely depends on what team you are on and the role you are doing. Overall, I don't hear bad things about them as a company.
That's interesting. I've known people who worked there and absolutely loved it. I think it depends on your department, your manager, your location. I had a good friend who worked there for over 10 years and would happily go back if they could.
I did time at the state plantation mutual insurance penitentiary.. if you like being treated like a slave, reporting to managers who are paid and treated like glorified associates, mandatory voluntary overtime. And apparently now, strict requirements of only two 15 minutes breaks and a 45 minute lunch break, and no ability to go into an unplanned status if you need to run to the restroom before your next break or deal with an urgent issue. Then you should totally apply. Otherwise I'd highly consider looking elsewhere
Are you pretty desperate for a job? Like if you are out of work and they offered you a job I would take it. But if you’re currently employed, and you don’t hate your job, I would keep looking.
I worked for SF 42 1/2 years. Great company to work for!!
We have people come here to work since they are not tied to any one carrier. We are brokers so we have access to over 40 insurance companies to help our clients. My husband and I own our agency - we've been doing this for over 10 years. The difference is you make commission here and you have no cap on how much you can make. You work from home, remote and set your own schedule.
