Guys, Is 40 lpa cctc very high salary for 15 years experience person in IT/Consulting services in erp oracle/sap? Whatever few calls I get do not come back and say that the budget for 15 years is max. 40 lpa so they can't give any hike....(not talking about big4)...is it the end of growth for a 15 years erp consultant!!!?

Looking for some advice - I'm thinking about going back to school in the next few years for my MBA and I'm wondering if I should stay at my firm for another year until I get promoted to consultant (level that most MBAs come in as) or if I should not bother and leave next year as a Senior Associate?
