Hello, I need some guidance. I'm a Demand Generation Manager and I have more experience and know Marketing strategy and how to implement marketing programs than my colleagues. So, a new Marketing director joined the company 3 weeks ago and asked me to think about the next lever in my career. He wants to give me an opportunity to grow.
