Hi There,
There is no hard and fast rule to be a CSM, just have a clear path and understanding is to why you want to get into this role, as CSMS are highly in demand because of the SAAS Boom, don’t just go by that fact. If you need more understanding, can setup a quick 15 mins call, and also refer your candidature if you give me one good reason to Why?

My daily work involve similar kind of responsibilities as to CSM, however not on paper. And that is why I would like to go for CSM completely. I have work ex in customer service, retention, BD and upsell and would like to leverage these experiences in customer success roles.
