Moving on to CSM - CSm’s and Am work in sync together but the difference is Csm is a consultant to the customer and not a seller, he has to build relationship by conducting Quarterly business review calls, understanding business use case of the customer and so on, accordingly build a success plan and show Roi to the customer.

Different customers have different use cases and different problem statements, CSM has to identify those pain areas and convince the client to get it resolved. That’s it
