I have a random question for everyone - if a job says you have to put together a presentation or something along those lines, some kind of file or something to show that you’re qualified to do the job, do you guys watermark your work so they can’t steal it or use it for themselves in their everyday work? I had a random though because I think my sister had to do some excel spreadsheet one time and they loved her work but didn’t choose her for the position and she believes that they used her work-

Is it true Deloitte is not sponsoring H1B visas? I have a friend considering joining as an SC after MBA. However, they are concerned that Deloitte is not sponsoring. Are these fears correct? How does this work from a recruiting perspective? They would be hired as an off-cycle campus hire via PPMD referral, not within the standard pool of campus hires. Thanks!

So, some of my co-workers simply said that they want to go ahead and start something or start looking elsewhere (career change) because they don't know how much it will last at the pace we are going in regards to case intake and pay out. Should I start panicking or simply start looking elsewhere? They even they even told me if I was looking elsewhere or planned on doing so also. I found it weird in a way.

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything.
