I have a science background with a degree in B.Pharm and around 1.5 years of experience working as a medical scribe. I’m now looking to transition into a role with a better pay scale and long-term growth opportunities. What career paths or industries would you recommend for someone with my background who’s seeking a meaningful career change?

Does the word “inclusion” do more harm than good? What if the panel we simply said “Diversity & Equity”? My thought here is that inclusion insinuates that anyone who isn’t in the “majority” needs to feel “included”, which could be somewhat off putting. Shouldn’t the goal be for everyone to feel equal instead of simply feeling included? I’d love to get some opinions on this!
