I have an API, let's say to send email to a user with username verification link.. attacker can exploit this public api if it on registration like page which is public.. how we can identify if this is an attacker and block the user there itself.. we tried rate limiting but it still doesn't helps provided attacker can easily change ips.. what are other options to identify and block such attackers

What is your job title? As it right now I’m managing a team of product owners and I’m unofficially being called “Chief Product Owner.” I’m in the process of working with a coach to get my resume updated so I can begin applying for external roles. But I don’t even know what job titles to target.

So my team currently uses onenote to house all of our SOPs and reference guides, but it’s becoming a monstrosity and it’s really hard to search and navigate. What programs do you use to provide your team with resources? Or is there some trick to onenote organization that we are missing maybe?
