I have an interview for an Internal Audit role, and I’m trying to figure out how to lie and say I’m passionate about process improvement. The truth is I just want a job where I don't have to deal with clients or busy season. How do you fake enthusiasm for IA without sounding like a robot? Is there any part of the job that is actually interesting?

HELP! 30+ years of teaching Sped and I’m at a loss. 6th grade student in Middle School with Doose syndrome. Prior to MS, the elementary said he never caused problems. Since the 1st day, he is disruptive in class, refuses to work, and is disrespectful. He has a one-on-one para but she is in tears most days because of his behavior. I had my first IVF transfer yesterday and for the 3 days leading up to the transfer I was having very painful cramps (normal for me) and the cramps have continued post transfer. They only last ~15 minutes after taking Tylenol but they are intense. I’m worried the cramps will interfere with implantation. Does anyone have experience with this? I told my doctor and she didn’t offer much advice other than staying hydrated and following the protocol.

So coming up to my 3 years at UK KPMG Audit, and I got an offer from a food delivery tech company (think Ubereats, Deliveroo, Doordash etc) for a performance analyst type role which monitors/reports metrics for the Operations.
