Any ideas of salary range and growth opportunities? I have an offer with one of the big 4.. it’s not focused on Cybersecurity but it is still Healthcare Advisory. Hoping I’ll get the best of both worlds with GH?

Career dev advice needed. Being offered a promotion (would be reporting to my current skip and managing/growing a team). The role is global subsidiary management/governance. But the work does not appeal to me, I’ve been doing some of it and it’s so much admin and people management. I’m not practicing law at all. Love my current IC role and manager, get to work on strategic transactions and closer to the business. If my goal is head of corp legal one day, should I suck it up and go for it? Thnx!
