If it's work that you're familiar with and you don't mind, I would say go for it. Especially because jobs are tough to come by in this economy, to be honest. Especially in this industry.
If you have been searching 6 months, I recommend that you strongly consider taking the offer. Once I reached the six month mark, some recruiters started to ask why I was still unemployed.
Maybe it's different for your geographical area, but for me, I don't feel I'm in a job market where I can prioritize finding a job I would enjoy or could grow in. I care about having an income. After six months unemployed, I'm surprised you are not more worried about that as well. I would take the job.
