I have an offer from a German company for Business Analyst position (Location- Germany). My company is a manufacturing firm but my role is completely into Data Analytics
Can I expect my salary around 110k brutto for 8 years of experience? (Or am I expecting too much?)

Making my first job move using a recruiter, is it typical that they are the ones doing the negotiating? Is this standard practice or is it frowned upon to ask to talk to the Company directly to negotiate a higher salary?

When negotiating salary, what is a reasonable ask in terms of increase? I am really hoping to be about 14% higher.

Need some guidance from Zs associates fishes, one of my friend has got offer there at C level with good gross with 15% variable but no ELRP, but another one of my friend has a AC offer with slightly less base but ELRP, how does this work p? What additional benefit do C get to counter ELRP?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company.
