I have an offer with Deutsche bank for 40LPA fixed and i have an offer with Xebia(tesco as client location) with 48LPA as fixed. Both are weekly twice to office. Current company is Dell. Having a fear to choose xebia but the package is good. Looking for suggestion!
Deutsche is 25km far from home. Tesco is 6km from home. Female with family. If I choose xebia then what will happen to my future career switches. Will it become difficult to get into product firm again given Years of exp is 12.

Had an FET transfer and just got the news that the pregnancy test is negative. Feeling very defeated about it. All my labs are good (AMH 3.1) and the embryos were PGA tested. Have only two left now, and this was the best quality one. The irony is I did feel pregnant couple days after transfer but then I stopped feeling pregnant. I read that some women don’t really “feel” pregnant until 6-7 weeks… but i did “feel” then stopped. It just sucks. If you have any advice for coping, I’d appreciate it.

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). Anyone have insights into morphology and it’s impacts on fertility? From what I’ve read and after talking to our fertility specialist morphology seems subjective.

Anyone here adopt a puppy during the infertility struggle? Husband and I considering it to have something positive throughout this situation and thinking the extra companionship would be helpful. I work from home. Husband has had many family dogs and lots of experience with it, I’ve had a family cat before. But not sure if it’s actually a good idea - wondering if it would truly help make us feel better and keep our minds off of the struggles or if it would just add extra stress. Thoughts?

I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?

Can we never leave them after handing over the resignation letter until they agree as well?

Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.
