I have an upcoming onsite interview next week with two senior managers in Bangalore for a Manager position. I have 12.5 years of experience and am currently at 40 LPA CTC, java spring-boot.
1. What kind of questions should I expect during the interview (both technical and managerial)?
2. Also, what would be a reasonable expected CTC range for this role in Bangalore?

Any insights from those who have gone through similar roles would be really helpful.
