I have applied for 50+ jobs (for ED, Sr. Director roles) in last 2 months but haven’t received a single call for interview. Is this only me or that’s how market is playing right now. Note: I am applying for both Salesforce specific and generic tech. Leadership roles (My experience of 20+ yrs. Has 8 yrs with SF tech. Stack rest is across other tech. And strategic initiatives with large SI partner)
