Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

That is a really good question because that happens to me at other companies too. I always assume if it is under review that long that I am not going to get a call or email. I wonder if there is someone there that you could reach out to in order to ask.
I can't imagine there's any way to get any insight about what's happening internally until you hear something. With all the economic uncertainty now, it's possible they're just slow walking any hiring. It seems like a lot of organizations are doing pretty much the same thing, as they're hesitant to add anyone to the payroll right now.
The short answer is you don’t know what they are doing. I have an application from February that still says under consideration. Find it doubtful they take that long, but everywhere is different, too.
As someone who's worked in the Defence industry for over 20 years for many companies, including Boeing, I can tell you that Defence companies that win (or expect to win) contracts are also impacted by when the contract actually commences; it's not uncommon for them to be delayed months (especially government contracts).
This is something that all Defence companies must deal with.
I've found that Boeing Australia's HR department is consistently AWOL when it comes to feedback UNLESS they need someone immediately AND you are that person. You will need to nag them constantly yourself, there is NO ongoing feedback regarding the position.
I've had some follow-up interview requests from Boeing weeks after my applications that I had to turn down because I'd already accepted other jobs and had heard nothing at all from Boeing.
My advice to applicants:
Keep your Boeing application expectations low and don't "hold out" for it over other options.
My advice to Boeing HR:
"Get your act together!", applicants NEED feedback, even if it's just to say that the project has been delayed or that they're still being considered - you're losing a lot of potential employees and some may never even bother applying due to past Boeing application experiences.
