Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. What’s the maximum package companies in India can offer to someone having 11 years of experience in backend? I am asking because I had an offer of 44 LPA and not a single organization agreed to pay more than that for this experience range, including Amazon India.

My friend was hired for the management consulting team in one of the big 4 for a new service line that was incorporated this year. He joined in April 2021. Since then he has been put on bench with no actual projects. Only training and few support projects without any actual hours.

I had an interview at Tcs today for the role of automation Testing. Both managerial and technical was taken at once by the same guy. It went very well. Product based companies have immense pressure to innovate, their developers are also under pressure as they don't find solution in stack over flow as they are doing some thing new. So is product based worth the hype. The companies to go down or bankrupt first are product based only.
