I had an interview at Tcs today for the role of automation Testing. Both managerial and technical was taken at once by the same guy. It went very well. But they didn't provided any confirmation on the hr round, just checked my I'd at the last. Does anyone knows what to do in this situation , and anybody faced the same.

Note:I have already mailed the hr asking when will be my hr round.

Hi Fishes, asking this for a friend working as SAP BASIS Consultant.
He performed well in TCS technical round and HR also seemed to be happy with his performance.
He asked for 8.5 LPA, his current CTC being 4.3 LPA, with little over 3 years of experience.
HR said they would call him later and after 4 days, HR called and said she was informed by management that they could only provide 6 LPA :(
Any idea why they offered him that less? He is very disappointed with the way things turned out to him

Is it normal to have working weekends in PwC tech consulting? Joined 3 months back and manager expects people to work every weekend. Expected this even during yr end break

My joining is in mid august and I got an email last week that joining isextended by 45 days. After 1 week I received call from HR that for some cases we are giving the joining date as decided and cancelling the extension. Is it good to join Wipro in this situation ? If I join and dont get a project for few weeks will it be troublesome for me ?
