I'm learning data analysis and want to start my career with it. I'm really confused on how to start or where to start, neither do I have a mentor. I'm really confused on how to start making a portfolio. I read a tons of blog too, but nothing seems to help.

I recently got promoted to Assistant Account Manager after being at an agency for around 6mo. I enjoy the people I work with but I realize that I want to pivot into a more creative/strategic role. Does anyone who has made this pivot (or know someone who has) have any advice?

As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. I am an HRBP and work in step with 3 HRM’s. They all 3 just got out of cycle raises of between 5-20% 😳 and I received nothing. I am quite aware of our HR code that salary is confidential but I was told about this. Would you be looking for other employment? Or stay?

Hi sharks, I am currently in my 3rd company, I now have 3 EPF accounts. My first company was handled by trust but they migrated to EPFO this year. Decided to transfer 1st->3rd and 2nd ->3rd EPF accounts after I joined my 3rd org this year. My 1 -> 3 transfer was accepted but 2->3 was rejected by field office stating the reason that wages are more than 15000. But my first gave me 3.5 lpa and then after switch, salary hiked.
