After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I am sorry for that. I was in the same boat, until someone told me to use AI to rewrite and review my resume to the exact job titles I was aiming for.. I just got a job, and all because I narrowed down my focus to 3 titles and fixed my resume. You could give it a try. I hope it works for you as well.
I hate seeing these ones, but have to weigh in.
Firstly, don’t get too disheartened. It’s a really tough job market out there and there are thousands of people in your situation.
Secondly, I’d say figure out what l it is you really want out of your next job. Does the role matter too much? Is it a fun working environment that you desire? Or work-life balance etc. Once you figure this out it’s much easier to start applying to jobs that you want, which makes interviews easier to prep for.
Thirdly, tweak your CV every role. I’ve not used AI for CV writing yet, but give it a try. Try your best to focus on metrics or measurable if at all possible. I managed X amount of client relationship, oversaw the delivery of £X project etc.
Finally, once you have all that just really focus on selling yourself and your skills, and be confident - the employer needs you as much as you need them. All your doing in an interview is communicating what skills you’ve already got that you’ve already achieved and worked hard for! Celebrate your successes in the interview.
Good luck and keep going!
The job market is really rough right now. You are not alone, I have friends that have been looking for a new role for over a year. Hang in there and keep applying.
same thing with me and I still haven't landed a job! I'd say just keep going and try to do something else or improve your skills while doing so
Hang in there, I have been looking for 3 years now
