What’s a good coat to wear over a suit for both travel and non-travel days?

I judge the company I work every time they misspell my name even though I’ve corrected it over and over again. It tells me they don’t care and don’t want to make the effort. It’s in my email, my email signature, on my profile, etc. How hard is it to look it up and spell it correctly?!
