I have been applying to state jobs and soon after a questionnaire is sent to fill out. Typically 10 essay questions. I have never gotten an interview doing these. The last position same thing, but then got a second one to do. Minimum 100 word answers. Then today a third one to do, 500 words or less going into details you normally cover during an interview. These take up a lot of time and no guarantee of an interview at the end.
I'm so disgusted I feel like not wasting more time.
