I have been laid off recently. Having 5 yoe in Salesforce administration, I have passed the platform developer 1 recently. I found job postings on LinkedIn can have over 100 applicants within a day, including hydrid ones that require on-site working days. And for several jobs that I can fully qualify for, I can’t even get an interview before getting a rejection letter. Some of these jobs are being reposted after 1 month or 2. Feel super frustrated. Anyone is hiring? I’m in Ontario, CA btw.
