I have been offered a position L7 Senior TPM and want understand the worklife balance overall style of working in this. Based on my research i do feel I am slightly underpaid however payscale is not a priority for me.

Worklife balance in TPM role and leaves during probation period is what I want to know more.

I got offer letter from mastercard with joining date as 14 nov and my LWD is 23 nov.. So i informed HR and they agreed that revised joining date will be provided as per LWD screenshot from current organization.

Now I have done follow up multiple time and they are saying they will do it and keep trust on them but not providing ETA.
