I have been selected for Accounts Payable at the time of interview after joining I had been posted to Jr.Accountant with 6 months probationary period and salary also lesser than job notification. After 6 months I raised a question about this and he is not ready to give proper response and again he extended my contract for 6 months. This is one of the experience that candidates are misused as per their requirements, that post as been given to his family friend. Candidates should be very careful

Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. For context I am considered a high performer, am near the top of the salary band at my level and have a great supporting network at Deloitte. It’s just not worth it to have zero personal life.
