Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I took Amazon assessment for FA role. After I took the technical questions, it directly took my to survey page and skipped the behavioral questions. Did anyone experience that or whether they evaluate the candidates based on their performance before moving to next section?

30 days notice period can really solve everyone's struggle.

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. Promotion to senior after 1 yr is pure BS. Why do firms do this? One year is not enough to expose one to enough variety and develop expertise to review and teach others. Encouraging mediocrity?!
