I have better suggestion for the ppl whining, consider the layoff in 2 month from now.Start preparing instead of ranting and blaming ppl.You know it I know it who are the useless in the org .And blaming others while siting idle is also a form of uselessness.

Imo most of the projects in this age of ai has shrinked to few months which would have taken years to complete.So sadly enough we have to stay ready it may come to any and every org be it oracle, Atlassian, microsoft.
