I have done 4 rounds of interviews for SAP S/4 HANA Full Stack Developer(BTP/RAP/CAP/ FIori/ ABAP OH HANA)
In this 3 rounds are Tech round and last round was HR.
What i can expect the CTC?
Current CTC: 20 LPA fixed
In Hand offer: 25 LPA
YOE: 5.6

Recently offered Manager role at Deloitte UK with total comp of 86.7k and M4 as Grade.. Do you guys think it's a good offer? Moving to Deloitte UK from Deloitte US with spouse and 2 kids

Can I ask for a slight increase ($5K) in salary if I already signed an offer letter? Their highest threshold was $5K more than what the offer was. If so, how do I go about it?

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

What is a fair salary/hourly for a kitchen manager in Tampa FL? Small kitchen with 3 to 4 kitchen assistants. Kitchen is open 50 hours a week. Manager has full creative license and has no one above them in the chain of command outside of owners.
