I've been in manual testing for 80% of my career. Despite attempts to transfer into a more code-centric role, I never got the opportunity to do so. Now that I'm in a management role, I feel like it's too late to enhance my programming skills.

Ive made several bad moves in a row and have ignored/glossed over red flags and not listened to my gut and im determined to not let it happen again. I had an interview today and got a few possible red flags. Anyone have thoughts? I only got through about half of my questions and didnt get to ask about management style, but ill ask about work env etc in subsequent interviews.

I gave interview in TCS and cleared TR,MR and then had connect with CLIENT too. And then HR called and asked regarding compensation and my ask was 23LPA with 7years experience. I was told to submit documents and all which I did. And they have now suddenly scheduled one more round CLIENT CONNECT. Can anyone let me know if anyone has gone through this process in TCS and why client round is happening again? Or i have not been selected for previous client and this new client?

Its been more than a month since I attended Technical and Manager round in TCS. All documents are verified in portal and status is "Evaluation in Progress". Can anyone say how long will it take to get HR call and offer initiation.
