I have given my technical interview for active directory 2 weeks back with hcl and cleared,HR recruiter have collected the required documents for next level of discussion and told that he will schedule a call for salary discussion, still haven't heard back anything. Heard normally hcl will take time to process the profile will it take this much time .do I get any notification if they have dropped the profile.

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

I was on bench in Accenture since 45 days so i started searching outside.

I am having HCL offer of 19 LPA but I have got counter offer from other company of 21 LPA, if i again go to HCL and ask for better compensation means will HR agree and process for more than counter offer ?
