I have got an offer letter from Accenture for level 11 with a pay of 7.25lpa. Is this the standard salary they're offering? I have another offer of 10lpa, what is the maximum lpa I can ask Accenture for level 11, I have 3 years of work experience as a front-end developer. Any insights would be appreciated.

I work part time for a startup for equity and am attending an event on behalf of the startup. I’ve only been here a few months and asked multiple times to have a prep meeting with my boss. He instead sent me a 15 page document outlining 40 questions I should be able to answer the day before the event.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months

I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
