I have had many interviews over the last six months. I recently saw on LinkedIn that 3 of the hiring managers (different agencies) who interviewed me left the company 1-3 months after my interview. I don’t know how I feel about that. Did I dodge the bullet? I mean, I am still unemployed. What’s going on? By the way, they are reposting the same job!

Why are people now treating e-mail as instant messaging? I work with several people that for some reason expect all emails to be answered within minutes of being received…. I can understand the sense of urgency around some high-priority, time-sensitive matters… but everything does not fall into that category… it drives me crazy.
