Prepare well for interviews and apply on linkedin, naukari daily as much as you can and you will surely get some good offers. And today you have 5.45 CTC but you never know after some years you will be having more CTC than people who have more than you today. Just remember you have courage and thats why you resigned and now you have to give your best for next 2, 3 months.

Just give your best, try to find emails from hiring post on linkedin and start sending emails woth flashy subject ,like immediate joiner 7+ years experience like that.

I don't know if you had some obligations as I don't know you personally. But, what were you doing those 7 years? Didn't you see your colleagues, seniors,even juniors switching jobs and getting a good jump in ctc? I mean, where was your motivation for money? Or you thought that your current company is your ancestral buisness and you wanted to spend your life making it reach next level in profit?
Please Don't be harsh on that ,he might be already in stress , he asked or advice not for judgement for his past action.
