I’ve been with KPMG for a few years and moved once internally so I need to ‘start from scratch’ to get promoted to senior associate so I’m exploring external opportunities.

I am a mid level and have received an offer from a regional big law firm in a non-market paying location. I believe the firm would be a great fit and the location is where I want to be. The biggest issue is money. I’d be lateraling from full cravath in a major market and the initial offer I received is a bit off that (read: 50% salary reduction). While the market is cheaper in some respects, housing is not. How far can I expect this firm to go to in terms of compensation? Any negotiation tips?

Hi after technical discussion in Infosys I got mail to upload PAN Card, offer letter or compensation letter, photo and application form to fill and upload.
Can anyone plz confirm whether I’m selected for technical round?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.
