I have offers from Amgen, Sanofi and Novartis , all in Hyd.
Overall CTC (Fixed + Variable) is almost same in all offers. But Amgen has more fixed salary component and less variable pay component as compare to other 2 offers.

I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging.
