EY GDS: 8.5 LPA + 5% variable
PwC AC: 9 LPA + 0-12% variable
Current CTC: 4.5 LPA
Experience: 3.2 years

Which one would be a better choice in terms of growth, work-life balance, and long-term benefits? Any insights would be helpful.
