I have read very bad reviews about EXL work culture on all forums. Why is it that bad ?

Is it because all the clients are indian. I see people have mentioned clients like Tata AIG, Johsons & Johnson etc

1) EXL services:- Role( Business analyst Band A2)
6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.
