I have recently joined Accenture, 4 months back and was in a project for a short while before it finished. On bench since last 1 month, but have received offer from another company. So what will happen if I resign while in probation and on bench? Will Accenture release me immediately and also in final experience letter could there be any negative remark even if I leave company as per company guidelines?

Hi! I have a very demanding role as a comms director, but still make time to volunteer on the side for some women's organizations I am proud to support. Lately though, the work has been piling up and it's almost as if I have two full-time gigs. I've brought this up as graciously as possible with the orgs, but sometimes I feel I'm being guilted into taking on more work. Best etiquette in this situation? I don't want to leave the roles despite the overwhelm.

Is Zs associates still providing WFH allowance for new joiners. Please guide as I am going to join and I am planning to buy a comfortable chair, so I will decide the budget depends on the allowance will be provided or not. Please suggest.
