I have recently joined Google and also I received offer from kpmg Netherlands. In Google my ctc is 37 LPA and kpmg Netherlands is giving around 59k euro annually also its a 1 year contractual position. Should I go for abroad or stay back. Please help.

Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. They have limited quota every year, and are very choosy when it comes to allocation. Preference is first given to EU nationals and then Asians during shortlist stage.
