I paid someone to do my llc for me because although it is easy to do yourself I kept finding reasons to procrastinate. I paid someone I trust to do it and it was done quickly.
Of course you are! It's fine to be scared. But if you've done your homework and you're believing it's the right thing, don't let fear stop you. Form the LLC scared. Launch the business scared. Scale scared. Serve clients scared. But don't stop moving. Don't worry about the big picture. Focus on "what 1-2 things am I going to do today that move this forward " and go do them. 5-4-3-2-1 - file the LLC paperwork. Ready, GO! You've got this.
Believe in yourself and manifest it. Even if something bad comes along it is part of your success.
Do it! I worked with three former founders who are not that bright. If they can do it, you can do it! Go get ‘em!
This is exactly why some people are successful and others are not. This is your turning point.
MAKE IT HAPPEN!
Isn’t there supposed to be a rule that is changing for LLCs and they have to be done by I believe the end of the month? it has to do with taxes and reporting income. Have you looked into that? That may get you to do this quickly.
The Corporate Transparency Act. If you create your LLC before Jan 1, 2024 then you have a year to report. For businesses created after Jan. 1 it's 90 days so companies that file for you will be adding this to their services. Here's a good summary from a CA tax strategist: https://youtu.be/voLB8Z2dHoI?si=KvGuUpPWxLlS8Xw9
I was in the same boat as you just a few months ago. You got this!
How did it turn out for you? I love hearing success stories!
I’m in the same boat, we have to make the jump!
You better go get that money and success before someone else does! You got this, and even if you don’t, who cares! You’ll be fine
What's the worst thing that can happen? You fail. And so what? Failure is not defeat, but risking nothing is. So wrap your arms around the fear, pull it in tight, give it -- and yourself -- the respect due and push hard. Go for it!!
I was told this once by a mentor (and it’s going to sound harsh, but it worked on me)! “Know that this is going to be one of the easiest things you do in your journey, and if you can’t overcome this you won’t be able to overcome the 10000 hardships after. You really got to want it and that’s what separates the successful ones”.
I’ve lived my whole life in the conservative zone, but the moment I made the decision to go full time founder you realize how much you learn and keep leaning along the way. Three years later I failed, but I’m 200% grateful and learned a whole lot and in a better place than when I started. You can do it ❤️
Change is scary - even good change. You can do this!!! 💜💜💜
Fear is holding you back from greatness. Look at it this way….what if all that you worked for was just given to someone else because you “couldn’t move forward due to fear” and they took the reigns right where you left off and the made millions and you stayed scared then mad because it COULD have been you. But you chose fear instead. 🤷🏻♀️
My LLC was formed in a few hours with a well known Legal company a little more than a year ago. I chose to use my name, so I can easily pivot to another company category/description when that inevitably happens.
Don't be afraid to start, be afraid of holding yourself back. Iterations and learning experiences are good!
Write out your list of fears, and a list of the benefits of doing the LLC. Sometimes seeing it on paper helps us eliminate the “irrational fear” and seeing the benefits is enough to drive you into a new mindset
