I’m in people consulting and have barely any experience in this type of consulting. I majored in psychology in college. Am I screwed? Or do you think the solve assessment is just general IQ. If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner.
