I have two offers one from Cognizant for 23lpa fixed +2 lack joining bonus and one is third party pay roll for Tiger Analytics for 22lpa fixed + 1 lack joining bonus can anyone suggest me which I should choose. My last working day is on 16 July and joining date is 20 July for both.

Can I put paper and search job.I am not getting any calls as I have notice period of 3 months(My perception). I don’t know what do as all experienced people are serving notice their period and gonna leave in a month. I am getting lot of pressure as I am the only one left in the team.

I am looking for ideas for a high school intervention class with students reading at PP-4th. I am a brand new teacher and have never taught intervention but we are extremely short staffed.
