This is creating a one-month overlap with my start date at Company B. Despite my attempts to correct this, Company A refuses to change the dates, which is causing me to lose opportunities with big MNCS.
Now, l've received an offer from Deloitte USI, but I'm worried about confronting them with this issue. Will they still accept me? I'm really concerned.

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing.
