I work with great people. Really can’t say anything bad about my firm in general either. But…I still dislike the entire premise of law firm life, the billable hour, etc.. I’d love to work in a law school setting as a counselor or something but I can’t afford the pay cut. *sigh* Does anyone feel like being a lawyer is just doing homework all day? If a team has 2 SA, 1 with 8Lpa another with 19Lpa same work experience but lateral entry,

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.

Hi all! Is anyone here in Underwriting? Just want some thoughts on this as i’ve recently gotten an offer for an Underwriting Associate position and have never done any salary negotiations before. Does it seem unrealistic for my counter offer to be 12k more than the original offer? Considering that the original offer is roughly 8k less than the market salary. Plus i’m also accounting for wiggle room as i’m not expecting them to actually agree with the full 12k counter offer
