I joined Accenture exactly at the end of band. Will it affect my appraisals is even 0% hike possible if I joined at the band end.


Example band end at 21 for level 9. Will I not get any hikes.

What is rating required in Accenture for promotion.
Is DA, or meets expectations rating can give promotions in Accenture.

.they asked whether they can schedule interview on Wednesday....i said Yes.

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
