I joined ACN in Sep’24. Not sure if I am going to get salary hike this cycle. My PL hasn’t reached out to me yet but how would I know if I have or I haven’t received hike? I know result will be auto released today but if there is no hike means there won’t be anything to be released, right? When I checked rewards portal, it says - No Performance & Rewards statements available to display. When I click dropdown to select effective date, there isn’t anything either.

What’s the base for CL8 (CDO)? Glassdoor doesn’t seem accurate, as it pegs CL8 at 56k. Currently a CL9, on 52.5 in London. Promoted from CL10 last year too, so still a fairly new CL9.

I received a recognition in September and later in October month I resigned. Is there any policy that if associate has raised separation from Accenture then he will not receive any hike or variable bonus even if his last working day is in Jan 2022?
