I joined EY recently as senior manager, I am thinking to switch in probation period due to following reasons:
1. HR offered me lower than market standard citing my previous ctc.
2. Not eligible for current cycle appraisal or bonus
3. Unrealistic expectations of knowing internal tools and processes without any onboarding trainings..
4. 80-85% non technical responsibilities
Anyone in my shoes faced similar issues and does it change over time?

I have worked as senior consultant for 3 months and resigned. While my pay was significantly higher the other problems remains same.
-Too less people for too much work
- Lot of non technical work
- no work life balance
However, most of this is same across industry
What is your pay and what was the hike %
Sm is similar to associate director.so the designation is very high in 🪜.u can expect to become director and partner from here.

At SM, the sole responsibility is to bring in engagements. Additionally, you'd manage multiple engagements (so I'm assuming whatever technical work you are getting is in this) and a lot of internal processes right?
Idk it's hard to find only technical work at this position. Good luck though

It's the recruiter's mistake, they should've managed your expectations well, but honestly at this position it's the same everywhere in the market.
I guess it's expected at Senior Manager position. Kind of like part and parcel of it .
